Our machine made wool rugs are designed to provide comfort, durability and lasting style. Regular care will help maintain their appearance and extend their life. Vacuum gently using a suction only setting and rotate the rug regularly to encourage even wear. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub the affected area or use harsh cleaning products. Some shedding is normal with new wool rugs and should reduce over time.
Goods are delivered within 10-15 working days (Domestic) on placement of the order, except for orders placed on Sundays and national holidays, which are processed on the next working day.
